by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail) of your decision to revoke this contract. For this purpose, you can use the model withdrawal form attached below, which is, however, not mandatory.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of cancellation:

Exclusion of the right of cancellation for galvanic electrolytes:

Please note that there is no right of cancellation for our galvanic electrolytes. The exclusion of the right of cancellation is due to the following reasons:
Galvanic electrolytes are sensitive substances that can quickly become unusable due to improper handling. Here are some of the main reasons:

  1. Contamination by unsuitable anodes: When unsuitable anodes are used, they can dissolve in the electrolyte and thus negatively affect the composition of the electrolyte. This leads to the electrolyte losing its function and becoming unusable.
  2. Introduction of interfering ions: Unwanted ions can quickly enter the electrolyte through contact with contaminated rinse water, unclean basins or other contaminated equipment. These foreign substances significantly impair the quality and effectiveness of the electrolyte.
  3. Sensitivity to impurities: Even minor impurities can disrupt the chemical balance of the electrolytes, resulting in unpredictable and inefficient performance.
    For these reasons, we are unable to offer the return of opened or used electrolytes. We ask for your understanding and recommend that you use the electrolytes with the utmost care and in accordance with all instructions to ensure optimum performance.

Exclusion of the right of cancellation for goods dependent on the financial market:

The right of cancellation does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods whose price depends on fluctuations in the financial market over which the trader has no control and which may occur within the cancellation period.


 

Consequences of the revocation

If you withdraw from this contract, we must refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days of the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged for this repayment.

We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the period of fourteen days.

You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking the condition, properties and functioning of the goods.

Packages returned freight collect will not be accepted.
