To comply with the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Exclusion or Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal:

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal for Galvanic Electrolytes:

Please note that there is no right of withdrawal for our galvanic electrolytes. The reason for excluding the right of withdrawal is as follows:

Galvanic electrolytes are sensitive substances that can quickly become unusable if they are handled incorrectly. Here are some main reasons:

  1. Contamination by unsuitable anodes: Using unsuitable anodes can cause them to dissolve in the electrolyte, negatively affecting its composition. This results in the electrolyte losing its functionality and becoming unusable.

  2. Introduction of disruptive ions: Contact with contaminated rinse water, unclean containers, or other contaminated devices can quickly introduce unwanted ions into the electrolyte. These foreign substances greatly reduce the quality and effectiveness of the electrolyte.

  3. Sensitivity to contamination: Even minor impurities can upset the chemical balance of the electrolyte, leading to unpredictable and inefficient performance.

For these reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used electrolytes. We ask for your understanding and recommend that you handle electrolytes with great care and in accordance with all instructions to ensure optimal performance.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal for Goods Dependent on the Financial Market:

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods whose price depends on fluctuations in the financial market, which the entrepreneur cannot influence and which may occur within the withdrawal period.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (excluding any additional costs resulting from you choosing a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal of this contract. For this refund, we will use the same payment method you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees because of this refund.

We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal of this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 14-day period expires.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this diminished value is due to handling them in a way that is not necessary to examine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Packages returned without sufficient postage will not be accepted.
